Overview

The Jira connector imports issues and feature requests from your Jira projects into Zelo. Correlate engineering tickets with customer feedback to understand the impact of bugs and feature gaps.

  • Issues and their descriptions
  • Comments and status updates
  • Issue metadata (priority, labels, assignee, sprint)

Prerequisites

  • A Jira Cloud or Server instance
  • Admin permissions or an API token with project read access

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Jira.

Enter Jira Details

Provide your Jira instance URL, email, and API token.

Select Projects

Choose which Jira projects to sync.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing issues. New issues and updates will sync automatically.
