Overview

The Notion connector indexes pages from your Notion workspace into Zelo. Use internal documentation and notes as context for understanding customer feedback.

Prerequisites

  • A Notion workspace
  • Admin permissions to authorize third-party integrations

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Notion.

Authorize Notion

Click Connect and sign in with your Notion account. Grant Zelo access to the pages you want to index.

Select Pages

Choose which Notion pages and databases to include.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin indexing. New and updated pages will sync automatically.
