Overview

The Circle connector imports community discussions and feedback from your Circle spaces into Zelo. Track what your community members are asking about, requesting, and discussing.

Prerequisites

  • A Circle community with API access
  • Admin permissions to generate API credentials

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Circle.

Generate API Token

In Circle, go to your community settings and generate an API token.

Enter Credentials

Paste your Circle API token in Zelo and click Connect.

Select Spaces

Choose which Circle spaces to monitor for feedback.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing. New discussions will sync automatically.
