Overview

The GitHub connector imports issues from your repositories into Zelo. Track feature requests and bug reports from your open-source community or internal teams alongside customer feedback.

  • Issues and their descriptions
  • Issue comments
  • Labels, assignees, and milestone metadata

Prerequisites

  • A GitHub account with access to the target repositories
  • Permission to install GitHub Apps or generate personal access tokens

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find GitHub.

Authorize GitHub

Click Connect and sign in with your GitHub account. Grant Zelo access to the repositories you want to sync.

Select Repositories

Choose which repositories to import issues from.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing. New issues will sync automatically.
