Overview

The Linear connector imports issues from your Linear workspace into Zelo via OAuth. Link customer feedback to the issues your team is tracking and prioritize based on real user impact.

  • Issues and descriptions
  • Comments and status changes
  • Issue metadata (priority, labels, assignee, cycle)

Prerequisites

  • A Linear workspace
  • Admin permissions to authorize OAuth integrations

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Linear.

Authorize Linear

Click Connect and sign in with your Linear account. Grant Zelo read access to your workspace.

Select Teams

Choose which Linear teams and projects to sync.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing. New issues and updates will sync automatically.
