Overview

The Confluence connector indexes pages from your Confluence spaces into Zelo. Use internal documentation as context for enriching and understanding customer feedback.

Synced Data

  • Pages and their content
  • Page metadata (space, author, last updated)
  • Comments on pages

Prerequisites

  • A Confluence Cloud or Server instance
  • Admin permissions or an API token with space read access

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Confluence.

Enter Confluence Details

Provide your Confluence instance URL, email, and API token.

Select Spaces

Choose which Confluence spaces to index.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin indexing. New and updated pages will sync automatically.
