Setup

Install the Slack App
Go to Knowledge in the Zelo web app and click Add to Slack. You’ll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app for your workspace.

Invite Zelo to a Channel
In Slack, invite the bot to any channel by typing
/invite @Zelo or mentioning @Zelo in the channel.3
Start Asking Questions
Mention
@Zelo followed by your question. For example: @Zelo what are the top issues from support this week?
