Overview

The Zelo Slack Bot brings feedback insights directly into your workspace. Ask questions about customer feedback, get notified about trending issues, and share insights with your team — all without leaving Slack.

Setup

Install the Slack App

Go to Knowledge in the Zelo web app and click Add to Slack. You’ll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app for your workspace.

Invite Zelo to a Channel

In Slack, invite the bot to any channel by typing /invite @Zelo or mentioning @Zelo in the channel.

Start Asking Questions

Mention @Zelo followed by your question. For example: @Zelo what are the top issues from support this week?
Try asking Zelo to summarize feedback from a specific source — e.g., @Zelo what are customers saying about pricing on sales calls?
