Overview

The Zoom connector imports meeting recordings and transcripts into Zelo. Capture customer feedback shared during calls, demos, and check-ins automatically.

Prerequisites

  • A Zoom account with cloud recording enabled
  • Admin permissions to authorize third-party app access

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Zoom.

Authorize Zoom

Click Connect and sign in with your Zoom account. Grant Zelo permission to access your recordings.

Configure Sync

Select which meeting types and date ranges to include in the sync.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing. New recordings will be synced automatically.
