Overview

The Gong connector imports sales call transcripts into Zelo, letting you automatically extract customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points from every recorded conversation.

  • Call transcripts and recordings metadata
  • Speaker-attributed conversation segments
  • Call metadata (participants, duration, date)

Prerequisites

  • A Gong account with API access enabled
  • Admin permissions in Gong to create API credentials

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Gong.

Generate Gong API Credentials

In Gong, go to Settings > API and generate an API key and secret.

Enter Credentials

Back in Zelo, paste your Gong API key and secret, then click Connect.

Configure Sync

Choose the date range and call filters for your initial import. Zelo will continuously sync new calls going forward.
