Overview

The Clari Copilot connector imports conversation intelligence data into Zelo. Extract customer feedback, objections, and feature requests from your sales calls automatically.

Prerequisites

  • A Clari Copilot account with API access
  • Admin permissions to generate API credentials

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Clari Copilot.

Generate API Credentials

In Clari Copilot, generate an API key from your account settings.

Enter Credentials

Paste your API key in Zelo and click Connect.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing call data. New calls will sync automatically.
