Overview

The Salesforce connector pulls customer feedback and account data from your Salesforce CRM into Zelo. This gives you visibility into what customers are saying across your sales pipeline, tied to account and revenue context.

Synced Data

  • Account and opportunity information
  • Customer feedback captured in custom fields
  • Notes and activity data linked to accounts

Prerequisites

  • A Salesforce account with API access
  • Admin permissions to authorize third-party integrations

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Salesforce.

Authorize Salesforce

Click Connect and sign in with your Salesforce credentials. Grant Zelo the requested permissions to read your CRM data.

Configure Sync Settings

Select which Salesforce objects and fields you want to sync. Zelo supports custom field mapping for org-specific configurations.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin the initial sync. Zelo will continuously pull new data going forward.
