The Freshdesk connector imports support tickets into Zelo. Track escalations, feature requests, and recurring customer issues from your Freshdesk queue.Synced Data

Prerequisites
- A Freshdesk account with API access
- Admin permissions in Freshdesk
Setup
Enter API Credentials
In Freshdesk, go to your profile and copy your API key. Enter your Freshdesk domain and API key in Zelo.
