Overview

The Freshdesk connector imports support tickets into Zelo. Track escalations, feature requests, and recurring customer issues from your Freshdesk queue.

Synced Data

  • Support tickets and conversations
  • Ticket metadata (priority, status, tags, escalation status)
  • Customer and company information

Prerequisites

  • A Freshdesk account with API access
  • Admin permissions in Freshdesk

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Freshdesk.

Enter API Credentials

In Freshdesk, go to your profile and copy your API key. Enter your Freshdesk domain and API key in Zelo.

Connect

Click Connect to authorize the integration.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin the initial import. New tickets will sync automatically.
