Overview

The Intercom connector pulls support conversations and customer messages into Zelo. Surface recurring issues, feature requests, and sentiment trends from your support interactions.

Synced Data

  • Customer conversations and messages
  • Ticket metadata (tags, status, priority)
  • Customer and company attributes

Prerequisites

  • An Intercom account with API access
  • Admin permissions in Intercom

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Intercom.

Authorize Intercom

Click Connect and sign in with your Intercom credentials. Grant Zelo read access to your conversations.

Configure Sync

Choose which conversation types and date ranges to include.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin the initial import. New conversations will sync continuously.
