Overview

The Google Play Store connector imports app reviews into Zelo. Track what your Android users are saying, identify trending complaints, and monitor sentiment over time.

Prerequisites

  • Your app’s Google Play Store listing URL or package name
  • A Google Play Console account (for authenticated access to review data)

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Google Play Store.

Enter App Details

Provide your app’s package name (e.g., com.yourcompany.app) or Play Store URL.

Authenticate

Connect your Google Play Console credentials to access the full review API.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing reviews. New reviews will sync automatically.
