Overview

The Zendesk connector imports support tickets and customer interactions into Zelo. Identify trending issues, track feature requests, and understand customer sentiment across your support queue.

Synced Data

  • Support tickets and comments
  • Ticket metadata (tags, priority, status, assignee)
  • Customer and organization details

Prerequisites

  • A Zendesk account with API access
  • Admin permissions in Zendesk

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Zendesk.

Authorize Zendesk

Click Connect and enter your Zendesk subdomain and credentials. Grant Zelo read access to your tickets.

Configure Sync

Select ticket filters and date ranges for the initial import.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin syncing. New tickets will be imported automatically.
