Overview

The Slack connector imports messages from your workspace channels into Zelo as a feedback source. Capture customer feedback, internal product discussions, and feature requests shared in Slack.
This is the Slack data connector for importing messages as feedback. For the Zelo Slack Bot that lets you query insights from Slack, see Slack Bot.

Prerequisites

  • A Slack workspace with admin permissions
  • Permission to install third-party apps

Setup

Navigate to Integrations

In the Zelo web app, go to Knowledge and find Slack.

Authorize Slack

Click Connect and authorize Zelo to access your Slack workspace.

Select Channels

Choose which channels Zelo should monitor for feedback.

Start Sync

Click Save to begin importing. New messages will sync automatically.
