# Zoom

> Connect Zoom to Zelo to analyze meeting recordings and transcripts

## Overview

The Zoom connector imports meeting recordings and transcripts into Zelo. Capture customer feedback shared during calls, demos, and check-ins automatically.

## Synced Data

* Meeting recordings and transcripts
* Participant information
* Meeting metadata (date, duration, topic)

## Prerequisites

* A Zoom account with cloud recording enabled
* Admin permissions to authorize third-party app access

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **Zoom**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize Zoom">
    Click **Connect** and sign in with your Zoom account. Grant Zelo permission to access your recordings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Sync">
    Select which meeting types and date ranges to include in the sync.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin importing. New recordings will be synced automatically.
