# Reddit

> Connect Reddit to Zelo to monitor community feedback from subreddits

## Overview

The Reddit connector monitors subreddits for customer feedback, product mentions, and community discussions. Capture what users are saying about your product in public forums.

## Synced Data

* Posts and comment threads from configured subreddits
* Author information and post metadata
* Upvotes, comment counts, and engagement signals

## Prerequisites

* The subreddit names you want to monitor
* Optional: Reddit API credentials for higher rate limits

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **Reddit**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add Subreddits">
    Enter the subreddit names you want to monitor (e.g., `r/yourproduct`, `r/relevantindustry`).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Filters">
    Optionally set keyword filters to focus on relevant discussions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin monitoring. New posts and comments will sync automatically.
