# Jira

> Connect Jira to Zelo to sync issues and feature requests

## Overview

The Jira connector imports issues and feature requests from your Jira projects into Zelo. Correlate engineering tickets with customer feedback to understand the impact of bugs and feature gaps.

## Synced Data

* Issues and their descriptions
* Comments and status updates
* Issue metadata (priority, labels, assignee, sprint)

## Prerequisites

* A Jira Cloud or Server instance
* Admin permissions or an API token with project read access

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **Jira**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Jira Details">
    Provide your Jira instance URL, email, and API token.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Projects">
    Choose which Jira projects to sync.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin importing issues. New issues and updates will sync automatically.
