# HubSpot

> Connect HubSpot to Zelo to sync CRM and customer feedback data

## Overview

The HubSpot connector syncs customer feedback and CRM data from HubSpot into Zelo via OAuth. Track what customers are telling your sales and success teams alongside revenue and account context.

## Synced Data

* Contact and company records
* Deal and pipeline data
* Notes, tickets, and feedback from customer interactions

## Prerequisites

* A HubSpot account with API access
* Admin or super admin permissions in HubSpot

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **HubSpot**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize HubSpot">
    Click **Connect** and sign in with your HubSpot credentials. Authorize the OAuth connection to grant Zelo read access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Sync">
    Select which HubSpot data sources to include. Zelo will map your HubSpot properties to its feedback model automatically.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin the initial sync. New data will be pulled continuously.
