# Gong

> Connect Gong to Zelo to analyze feedback from sales call transcripts

## Overview

The Gong connector imports sales call transcripts into Zelo, letting you automatically extract customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points from every recorded conversation.

## Synced Data

* Call transcripts and recordings metadata
* Speaker-attributed conversation segments
* Call metadata (participants, duration, date)

## Prerequisites

* A Gong account with API access enabled
* Admin permissions in Gong to create API credentials

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **Gong**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generate Gong API Credentials">
    In Gong, go to **Settings > API** and generate an API key and secret.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Credentials">
    Back in Zelo, paste your Gong API key and secret, then click **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure Sync">
    Choose the date range and call filters for your initial import. Zelo will continuously sync new calls going forward.
