# Fireflies.ai

> Connect Fireflies.ai to Zelo to analyze meeting transcripts

## Overview

The Fireflies.ai connector imports AI-generated meeting transcripts into Zelo. Capture customer feedback from any meeting that Fireflies records and transcribes.

## Synced Data

* Meeting transcripts with speaker attribution
* Meeting metadata (participants, date, duration)
* AI-generated meeting summaries

## Prerequisites

* A Fireflies.ai account with API access
* Admin permissions to generate API credentials

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **Fireflies.ai**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generate API Key">
    In Fireflies.ai, go to **Settings > API** and generate an API key.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Credentials">
    Paste your Fireflies API key in Zelo and click **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin importing transcripts. New meetings will sync automatically.
