# App Store

> Connect the Apple App Store to Zelo to monitor iOS app reviews

## Overview

The App Store connector imports iOS app reviews into Zelo. Monitor what your users are saying, catch emerging issues early, and track sentiment trends across app versions.

## Synced Data

* App reviews and ratings
* Reviewer metadata
* Review dates and app version information

## Prerequisites

* Your app's App Store listing URL or app ID
* An App Store Connect account (for authenticated access to review data)

## Setup

  <Step title="Navigate to Integrations">
    In the Zelo web app, go to **Knowledge** and find **App Store**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter App Details">
    Provide your app's App Store ID or URL.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authenticate">
    Connect your App Store Connect credentials for full API access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start Sync">
    Click **Save** to begin importing reviews. New reviews will sync automatically.
  </Step>
